Submit Your Story

SUBMISSION TERMS & COPYRIGHT DECLARATION — DM Studios (Pty) Ltd

By submitting your story, script, concept, or creative work ("Submission") to DM Studios, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. ORIGINAL WORK: You confirm that the Submission is entirely your own original work and that you are the sole author and copyright owner, or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions from any co-authors or rights holders to submit this work.

2. NO INFRINGEMENT: Your Submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other rights of any third party.

3. FIRST SUBMISSION: You confirm this Submission has not been previously optioned, sold, licensed, or exclusively committed to any other production company that would prevent DM Studios from evaluating or acquiring it.

4. DM STUDIOS RIGHTS: Submitting your work does not create any obligation on the part of DM Studios to produce, option, or purchase your Submission. DM Studios reserves the right to decline any Submission without providing reasons.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY: DM Studios will treat your Submission with reasonable confidentiality, though absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed as similar concepts may be received independently.

6. NO PAYMENT OBLIGATION: Submission is free. No payment is owed unless a separate written agreement is executed and signed by both parties.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
